The SummerCoffee

Just because the weather is too warm,

it is not worth of missing a cup of coffee during the summer time, so, an ice coffee might be a solution. Since there are numerous ways of serving ice coffee, if you were interested in seeing on how to make a real Italian express in Dreaming for an Expresso with my Moka, you will be most likely interested to see what usually people drink in a few Italian regions during the summer time.

Start from the fact that the word “coffee” in Italy means only “expresso,” this recipe may be named either Iced Almond Coffee or Expresso Chill with Almond, as you wish.

Let’s start:

1. Make the Expresso with the Moka and wait a couple of seconds till it gets slightly cold
2. Pour one spoon of almond milk in a glass of water, just like in the photo aside
3. Add 3 ice cubes
4. Pour the coffee and serve it with a teaspoon, so that one can mix the coffee with the almond milk that lies in the bottom before drinking it

(No sugar is required)
